Privacy Policy
We collect what an order actually needs and nothing else. This page describes exactly what that is, where it goes, and how to get it removed.

Who we are
Mayuri operates this website. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, that is who it means.
What we collect
- When you place an order — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We cannot ship a painting without them.
- When you contact us — your name, email address and whatever you write in the message.
- When you request a commission — the details you enter on the custom art form, including your budget range and room details.
- When you leave a review — your name, email address and the review text.
We do not ask for your date of birth, your gender, or anything else that has no bearing on selling and delivering artwork.
What stays on your own device
Your cart, wishlist, compare list and recently-viewed history are stored in your browser's local storage, on your device. They are not sent to us and we cannot read them. Clearing your browser data clears them.
Payment information
We do not collect, see or store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details. When online payment is enabled on this site it will be handled entirely by a third-party payment provider, and your card details will go to them rather than to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Local storage is used for the cart and wishlist described above, which is a technical necessity for the shop to function rather than a tracking mechanism.
Who else sees your data
Only the parties who need it to complete your order — the courier who delivers your artwork, and the payment provider who processes your payment. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
We will disclose data where the law genuinely requires it, and not otherwise.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages and commission enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to the same conversation.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- stop sending you email.
Ask through the contact page and we will action it. There is no charge for any of this.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. This version was last updated on 5 September 2026.
