Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. The price you see on the artwork — plus any frame you choose — is the price you pay at checkout. There is no delivery charge added at the last step.

We do not currently ship outside India. If you are abroad and want a piece, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–9 business days across India.

Framed pieces sit at the longer end of the dispatch window, because the frame is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf. A commissioned or custom piece works to its own timeline, agreed with you before any payment is taken.

Each piece is packed by hand, and how it travels depends on its size and medium:

• Unframed canvases are rolled with the painted surface outward around an acid-free core and shipped in a rigid tube.
• Framed pieces are corner-protected, wrapped, and crated flat.
• Works on paper travel flat between rigid boards.

Every shipment is insured for its full value while in transit, at no extra cost to you.

You can see the status of any order under your orders. We update it as the piece moves from confirmed, to packed, to shipped, to delivered.

Photograph the packaging and the artwork before unpacking any further, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Because every shipment is insured, a piece damaged in transit is our problem to solve, not yours — see the returns policy for how that works.
